Sound is emotive energy. It is unfiltered, untethered, raw, chaotic, wrestling energy. This potential coupled with musical harmony, resonance and dissonance, rhythmic pulsations, and brutally honest poetry can lead to a spiritual experience. I, through my electronic music project, DARZI, attempt to bring together all these aspects into a single whole, a dense sonic blast to the ears to convey what I want to convey. I want my expression to achieve purity, a mirroring of my own quest as a human being trying to perfect himself.
