Internationally she's best known for her appearances in Knokke Cup (1983 best solo singer) and Eurovision Song Contest 1989 in Lausanne, where she came 7th, the best ever position with a song in Finnish language with La Dolce Vita. She has also acted in musicals and one musical film "Kaksipäisen kotkan varjossa".
