Janaka Shamal (born February 05, 1997), known professionally as DJ JNK, is a Sri Lankan Music Producer, Audio Engineer, Rap Artist, Song Writer , Concept Creator and Graphic Designer. Currently, He is studying at University of Moratuwa as a Software Engineering Student. He is the founder and CEO of his own production JNK Production. DJ JNK began his career with his own crew namely MTRex in 2016. In 2021, he joined with 1Puff Music Group which is a sub-division of Wave Park Music Group and released the top hit of DJ JNK called "Bonnona".
