In 2019 the passion and love towards rap and Hip-Hop lead a young and vibrant independent artist to create Dacalty. Dinesh Kumar aka Dacalty hails from the western part of Tamilnadu is a sunny and passionate rapper, lyricist, performing artist, and music composer with a unique style and genre. He delivers sharp and meaningful content in both Tamil and English. His love for rap and Hip-Hop started from Hiphop Tamizha, Emiway Bantai, Eminem, Divine, J. Cole, and Joyner Lucas. He made his remark through various gigs and open mike around the city. His poetry became lyrics when it mixed with music which often focused on personal and social commentary, mental health, troubles, struggles, and the journey towards loving oneself. His lyrics aim to motivate, inspire and to bring out the young minds from illusion.
