    ERA aka Karthik Ram, hails from Tamil Nadu, India. ERA took over rap music & culture on his own terms filtering Hip-hop through an ambitious widescreen lens. ERA kick started his learning passion toward rap since 2012 inspired by his idol eminem. 10 years later ERA got featured on Oorukaaran his first mainstream hit in 2022 with Hiphop Tamizha, after winning the Bars vol-1 rap battle. ERA is a multitalented artisté across all aspects of music from being a Rapper/Song writer, Music Producer/Engineer and a performer. His music reflects the reality of our day to day lives, ERA speaks about passion, rage, love, struggle, politics, mental health, the concept of God and much more. ERA put out his first solo Hiphop album THERAPY 2023.
