In 2013, a life-changing experience of reflection and a desire to evolve created Alxndr London (a reference to 'Alexander', a Greek name meaning "defender, protector of man" and 'London', his city of birth); a project documenting 10 years of Alxndr London's voyage, where he is committed to killing his 'old' self to give birth to the 'new'. Employing the use of allegory to weave commentary on society, culture, religion, sexuality alongside the mantra ‘MXIIIXM’ (an anagram of the Roman numerals 2023), boundless, limitless universe where an elusive, masterless ronin-like, anti hero, would wander from quest to quest, over land and sea, on his journey to 2023.
