Temmie Ovwasa is a singer, songwriter, poet, producer ,visual artist and multi-instrumentalist dedicated to creating art that reflects the times, the many troubles and strengths of People within marginalized communities in Nigeria, They Believe that it is necessary for Women, Queer and/or Othered people to take up space and this Mindset is at the forefront of everything they create. Temmie Ovwasa signed a record deal with YBNL Nation in August 2015 but left the label in 2020 after having a disagreement with the label owner Olamide,In 2021,Temmie Ovwasa started working with Dee_classic entertainment Co owner General Odubeat popularly known as G.O in which she dropped the first openly gay album in Nigeria under the platform and some other projects.She has numerous evergreen songs to her name like Afefe,Ayanfe,Adehun,Bamidele,Existential crisis,Capitalist failure and other remarkable Collaborations with Fireboy Dml in Finally, with Dce in Autograph etc She’s regarded as one of the best and finest female vocalist in Africa.
