Richard Sheppard better known as Local is a MC from cardiff. Best known his and Jaykae’s Radio 1 Playlisted track ‘Chat’ and the viral hit 'Absolute ’ Local is now making his name very much a part of the scene. Appearing on not one but two of Jammers Lord of the Mic series and also his track produced by Skepta ‘3 Piece Meal’ Recent Collabs including Example , Bad Boy Chiller Crew and Ownboss. Expect plenty of more big singles and collaborations over the next year as Local becomes one of UK's biggest Mcs.
