'Demonshire' was a name I came up with years and years ago when I watched 'Tomorrow Never Dies' on VHS (yes!) where the battleship HMS Devonshire was sunk. That name kinda stuck in my head, but I kept thinking on how I could change it to something different. After intense thinking the 'v' became an 'm' and that was that. 'Demonshire' is a fictional fantasy story about a neverending war between the demons of Targaroth and the angels of Stardane. The war has been fought for millennia with no victor. During the Third Age, the war reached critical level. The entity known as 'Mother Nature', decided to take matters in her own hands and laid waste to the entire planet with extreme natural disasters. The demons were driven back to Targaroth and the gateway to Earth was sealed off. The angels fled back to Stardane and went dormant for many ages. Now the Earth is ruled peacefully by humans, who are unaware that the war will soon be upon them... The story is slightly inspired by 'Game of Thrones', 'Lord of the Rings' and 'WarCraft'. The musicwriting is based on bands like 'Amon Amarth', 'Arch Enemy', 'Children Of Bodom' and 'Evergrey'.
