    MUNTAH KAWAT was formed in the last '90 in Medan - North Sumatera , Indonesia. The Band was founded by Ranto (Ex-Bhius skull, Morbid) and Thrash Metal was their genre in musical scene. 
 In 2003 MUNTAH KAWAT was back and exist as Death Metal/Grind Core in Medan. Muntah Kawat influences included Sepultura, Dying Fetus, Solstice, Misery Index, Terrorizer, Pantera and many more. 
 In 2005, MUNTAH KAWAT signed to Tepaz Dimensi Record (a small recording label in Medan) and released their first album, PERLAHAN..PASTI MATI. 
 And in the middle 2009, Obed and Dicky reperformed MUNTAH KAWAT in Metal scene. Ivan ( guitar ) and Bembeng ( bass ) ex-Death Phenomenon joined the band. On February 7 , 2011, Bembeng passed away, because of his sickness. And Obed and Ivan quit from MUNTAH KAWAT and focus to their other job. 
 At the last, Dicky has choosen the right member to be settled in MUNTAH KAWAT. and in the middle of 2014, Muntah Kawat released their second album “METAL MEDAN”. And announce their band member : Thomie on Vocal Dicky on Guitar Zhall on Guitar Ibunk on Bass Chokay on Drum.
