ILIAMAZO - deconstructed romance, the popular "Саночки", parables about Sanyok and lots of gloomy, gentle, Russian beauty from a unique musical and poetic phenomenon on Moscow stage, one of the most interesting representatives of the “new poetic wave” and the author of that game-simulator of life in Russian town ("It’s Winter"). It’s as if Björk, Boris Ryzhiy and Alexander Vertinsky met somehow and decided to feat. They climbed into the head of the kid who came out of the supermarket, and he sang. There are three records in the project’s discography: "Предметельные дни" (2016) - a huge picturesque musical piece produced by Savva Rozanov (Synecdoche Montauk), “ШХД: ЗИМА” (2018) - a deconstructed electric romance, part of the eponymous digital opera, and the prophetic mini-album "Весны слуга" (2020), released in crazy spring of 2020. In 2019 ILIAMAZO created a whole new universe — “It’s Winter”. Digital opera, avant-garde multimedia project, which includes a book, a short film, a music album, collaborations, a musical performance, a video game, and theatre performance got attention from all over the world — BBC, Harvard University, PEN International; all the Russian media talked about it as a cultural phenomenon: Meduza, The Village, Afisha, TV Rain, Strelka Magazine etc. The game “It’s Winter” became one of the most popular Russian games in 2019 and got a “Game of the year” title by one of the most established game media in the world — Rock, paper, shotgun.
