Brand New Friend began in a sleepy village on Northern Ireland’s north coast. Taylor Johnson picked up a guitar and began writing music from his bedroom, overlooking the rugged shoreline. Over time, the band evolved to become a five-piece, with Logan Johnson (bass), Lauren Johnson (keys, vocal), Aaron Milligan (guitar) and Luke Harris (drums) later joining. To date, they have shared stages with Snow Patrol, Lewis Capaldi, Starcrawler, DMA'S, and more, and their new album ‘Grandstand’ is set to be released on 15th September via Third Bar Records/Virgin.
