Charlie Hernández emerged in the Christian music scene back in the late 80's as a trailblazer in his category. Brought up in a traditional folksy Puertorican heritage, he submerged in the Pop Rock genre becoming the first Spanish Christian Recording Artist in the world to produce a CD when the format was experimental. Following that iconic recording, "Mantente Firme", he dabbled in another rising genre by producing the first live Praise and Worship Production with "En Espíritu y Verdad" followed by "Guerra En El Espíritu" and "Hay Un Hombre En La Cruz". By then Charlie started to arrange and produce for other artists while still working his craft. At the turn of the century he released his production "Estaré Junto A Ti" which started to open more his eclectic approach to Spanish CCM. After a very needed hiatus to work his personal life he released "De Orlando A Las Naciones Vol 1" and a couple of years later, "De Orlando A Las Naciones Vol 2" which included "Viejo De Qué" featuring Funky. In May 2020 Charlie released a song, a duet with his wife Nany, which was produced amidst the COVID-19 crisis.
