Somehow, The Toilet Bowl Cleaners keep thinking of new ways to sing about poop, puke and pee. They started in 2008, and have consistently released hilarious, catchy odes to excretion ever since. Classic tracks include The Poop Song, Poop Into a Wormhole, and Welcome to Fart Town. In 2014, they shocked their fans by releasing Never Gonna Flush Again, which they promised would be their final collection of toilet-humor songs. They wanted to prove that they could write more straightforward music. A month later, they put out Mature Love Songs, a surprisingly solid collection which featured highlights like Love Me 'til the End of Time and You Know Where You Can Find Me. They were proud of their new direction. But their fans were not happy. Mature Love Songs was a major flop. So, in 2016, they returned to their roots with Poop Oh Yeah! Poop Yes! Uh Huh! Poop! Since then, they've released new albums every few years. 2023 saw the publication of THE SELECTED WORKS OF THE TOILET BOWL CLEANERS, a book that collects their best, most poetic lyrics.
