The songs of Nejat Dimili are slowly dance to melodies without identities, with dark and cold lyrics that seep down from heights of abandoned romanticism. With the first rendition on record, "Ambivalans", fleeting lyrics are accompanied by deep ballads. His story appears to have emerged from a dream in-between being awake and asleep. His songs that host a messy state of mind present to the crowd an insane aloneness with a deadly sincerity. And perhaps this is the biggest romanticism in his songs, numbed. The music with bleak bass that hangs in the air, dramatic synths and dim lyrics function on a psychological structure, presenting motifs that are not clearly delineated.
