 Affet Robot (meaning Forgive Robot), an Istanbul based dark wave/synth pop music project of Eren Günsan released his debut album “Röntgen” in 2017. Shortly after the release, Affet Robot was supported by Red Bull, recording EP “Huzursuz Seyirler” at Red Bull Studios in Amsterdam in 2019 and the EP was released 22th September 2019. Now, he is planning to release the second LP “Fiyasko” including 8 tracks around the end of 2020. First single “Budala” from the upcoming album will be self-released on the 20th of November 2020. The album was recorded and produced by Eren Günsan during quarantine time. The dark-synth pop project gathers his influences from the obscure side of the 80’s. Analog synthsizers, drum machines, reverbed vocals, chorus laden 80’s iconic guitars and melancholic turkish lyrics are what conjure Affet Robot. 

Combining the current understanding of new age with the 80’s new wave/synth-pop sound and creating something that puts the past and the present hand in hand; Affet Robot pursues a unique musical perspective both aurally and visually.
