 Hailing from South East London recording artist DC is a living embodiment of his environment - even down to his name standing for “Dock City” an ode to the estate he grew up on - “Woolwich Dockyard”. 
As an artist he has and continues to carve out his own distinctive lane, creating nostalgic garage & hip-hop influenced anthems with a consistent theme of strong messaging, all delivered with a smooth, rhythmic flow (one he pays respects to his influences: J.Cole and Fabolous being at the forefront) a formula that continues to build him a loyal, well engaged fanbase. 
 DC continues to go strength to strength with the release of his eagerly anticipated EP “In the Loop” featuring singles “Neighbourhood”, “Tears Sweat Blood”, “Paranoia” and “Bobby & Rowdy ft. Knucks” - amassing millions of streams and YouTube views, with coverage from leading tastemaker outlets as “one of the best tapes of 2021” and “a UK cult classic”. Capping off a successful campaign with a headline show, festival bookings and brand engagements - DC has continued to build new connections with fans in new territories with his infectious flows and thought provoking melodies.
