PUSH! is a five-member collective from Lisbon that plays new school hardcore with old school metal influences. Playing since 2013, the band already has three albums and has shared the stage with all the big names in the Hardcore scene (bands like Madball, Backtrack, Strife, Brutality Will Prevail, Sworn Enemy, and the Portuguese Devil In Me and For The Glory.) The last few years have been quite busy for PUSH! playing from north to south of Portugal including festivals (European Pool Party, Évora Metal Fest, Mira Fest, Casainhos Fest, Faro Alternativo, etc), several trips to Spain to cities like Barcelona, Vigo, Seville and Málaga, having the pleasure of playing Backtrack’s (New York hardcore) last concert in Barcelona. We also had the pleasure of doing our first European tour in 2019 where we played in countries like Romania, Slovenia and Hungary. The future EP “Bad Intentions” is another demonstration of aggression, groove, and weight on the part of the collective. Still no date set, the EP will be released in the first half of 2022. “Bad Intentions” was mixed by André Afonso (guitarist of The Voynich Code) and mastered by Brad Boatright (Audiosiege studio). The EP will be available on CD, cassette, vinyl and all digital platforms.
