Jaida Chanel Roby, known professionally as Pap Chanel, from Milledgeville, Georgia, is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter. Up and coming lyricist from a small town, she dominates the industry and paves the way for others who share the same background. Despite being from a small town, she persisted and put herself on the map. Known for her viral saying, “if I want to, I will,” she has ranked up over 50 million views worldwide and over a million followers with all her social media(s) combined. Using her fire punchline, “Pretty and Paid,” she has gained a strong fan base and has empowered many audiences through her lyrics. Back in 2015, Pap featured on the song “Add It Up,” written by Quan DaKing (Quan Havior), which started her music career. After her feature in 2015, Pap has written and featured on many songs.
