"Scandinavian melancholy infused with the hypnotizing warmth of 70's disco." That's probably the easiest way to describe the genre-bending and catchy sound of Stockholm-based indie disco duo Tomode. Following a sold out gig in Paris at cult venue La Boule Noire in February 2023, Viktor Westerberg and Carl 'Canneloni' Leandersson are now releasing their new single 'Bar Phantasmique' on March 24th as the last excerpt from their upcoming sophomore EP 'Riviera'. 
 After a debut in 2020, their timeless and catchy sound caught the attention of French esthetic indie label Riptide Records (Antoine Chambe, Eau Rouge, Matilde), which released their debut EP Synergy during the Spring of 2021. The EP was met with overwhelmingly positive reviews by Swedish press and radio. 
 As the world opened up, Tomode then burst onto the live scene in Stockholm, popping their festival cherry at Popaganda in late 2021 and following up as the opener for Swedish Electro-afficionado Familjen at Debaser Strand, as the legendary venue saw its doors reopen in February 2022.
