Perth-Hills born Singer-Songwriter, Michael Day, is an Alt/Folk artist. Using his background in classical guitar and song-writing finesse, Michael creates technical folk pieces, rich in character and full of introspection and ponder. Michael Day exists as a solo artist and a 4 piece band, with driving rhythms, ambient guitar lines, twangy banjo parts and vocal harmonies. 2021 has seen Michael Day nominated for a WAM Song of the Year Award for their single ‘Storm’, Sell out their single launch at Lyrics Underground and, seen them play alongside Artists such as Coterie, Ash Carr-White, Jacob Wylde and Raymondouu. https://linktr.ee/MichaelDay
