Einleit is an « electronic pop noire » project led by Jun Suzuki, half-french half-Japanese former opera singer. Evolving between the codes of pop music, r’n’b and electronic music, Einleit displays a chiaroscuro universe guided by versatile vocals, aerial or abyssal, and impartial electronic productions. The lyrics are inspired by personal experiences of sentimental failures and english modernist poetry. In substance and in style, Einleit portrays a world imbued with an ambivalent melancholy constantly fluctuating between optimism and disenchantment. After releasing its first EP in 2012, the formerly trio band evolves in a more minimalist and electronic solo project stated by second EP « Fire walk with me » released on record label Sacré Coeur Music in 2014. First LP « Lovers Be Alert » is the result of Jun Suzuki’s three years long process of songwriting and producing as a solo artist who finally came to maturity.
