After competing in Billboard's Billboard NXT contest in fall of 2021 and dropping her biggest hit to date, "I Insist" (and the remix feat. Bias Brown West), Celia has come out swinging in 2023. The slow burning "No Attachments (You)," continues to soar on Youtube while "She Don't" is catching ears around the world. The I Insist EP is her best & most successful work yet. The remixes of those three tracks dropping in late 2022 & early 2023 are both amplifying that project further and showing listeners the depth and breadth of what Celia can do genre- and production-wise. Meanwhile, Celia has also been hard at work expanding into the world of web3 by building community in ways that feel meaningful to her. She founded & co-hosts a radio-style show on the Audius Discord server that features women & QPOC called Girl Powa! alongside artist Gardenia. In addition, in March of 2022, she launched a web3 music blog also strongly featuring women & QPOC called iridescent wave. It features commentary, interviews, resources, and more, all focused on the exciting world of web3.
