PERLEMOR (Mother of Pearls) is a multi media project by Aggie Frost, deconstructing modern motherhood. The songs can be puzzled into a bigger story, where the songs are like chapters from a fragmented book. During the Arctic Arts festival 2022, Aggie presented a hybrid concert containing texts, films, music and performance from PERLEMOR. A string of releases of remixes is coming, starting with the song FILM, originally a made the legendary underground band BOLS, a new wave band crushing young hearts in the 1980´s in Tromsø. MIxes are done by BIOSPHERE, KAROLINSKI and CLEAN SHAVEN GRINS. Aggie Frost is is a long-time contributor of high quality Arctic electronic music, known from the electronic alternative-pop project Frost, hailing from the far North of Norway, they were an important part of the electronic music scene in Tromsø, from the late 90's, collaborating with Mental Overdrive, Illumination, Röyksopp. aggiefrost.com // frostnorway.com
