Adam Selzer fronted the bands Norfolk & Western and Alialujah Choir before releasing his first solo album, Slow Decay, in November 2020. Based in Portland, Oregon, he founded the recording studio Type Foundry in 1998 where he has produced hundreds of albums for artists such as Peter Buck (R.E.M.), Blind Pilot, Fleet Foxes, She & Him, The Decemberists and M. Ward who he also tours with playing guitar and bass.
