Arta Mir Hosseini, better known by his stage name ‘Arta’, is a talented Persian rapper, songwriter, and music producer. He was born on October 1, 1996, in Montreal, Canada, and from a young age, he showed a keen interest in music, learning to play multiple instruments such as guitar and piano at the age of five. By the time he turned twelve, he had already laid a solid foundation in music and began writing his own lyrics. In his teenage years, Arta decided to pursue a career in music and joined the popular Iranian band ‘The Wantons’ when he turned eighteen. He collaborated with the band to release several highly acclaimed albums such as ‘Ye Wan Tony’ and ‘420’. Arta’s contribution to the development of mainstream hip hop and R&B in Iran is highly commendable. Arta’s music videos have been highly praised, and his latest video for the song ‘Fana’ reached 1.5 million views on YouTube in less than a week. The song topped the trending list on YouTube for about a week, highlighting Arta’s enormous popularity and influence. Arta is also fluent in English and has produced music in English as well.
