DIY/bedroom pop artist Charlie Bennett writes songs at 2 a.m. about strawberries and having his car stolen. Equipped with an acoustic guitar and sleepy vocals reminiscent of beabadoobee and Oscar Lang, Charlie shares amusing yet personal tales to a Gen Z audience. Having been scouted by the BBC to feature on a programme for young musicians, and having gained a dedicated following through his down-to-earth videos on TikTok and Instagram, Charlie now looks to share his music further through live performances, including a UK tour, as well as continue his original releases in 2023 with more sentimental singles.
