Kitchenette is a project from Chris O. Kikic. The singer/guitarist who is originally from Bosnia, took the time to write and record the EP titled ‘Berserkia’ and it shows, as it is of high quality. In line with the sound of the bands such as The War On Drugs, Kurt Vile and The Raveonettes. Belgian blog Gobsmag even detects some Arcade Fire. Lush synths and wobbly/chorus guitar sounds with a steady beat makes a perfect background for long drives. After supporting Fischer-Z on the dutch leg of their tour, Kitchenette (OOR talent!) will also be touring the Popronde festival late summer! ‘Berserkia’ EP(6 tracks) is out now and available on vinyl, streaming services and as a download.
