Afghan Headspin was created in 2006. Resonant Evil (drum & bass) members Wrisk and Mackie forged a new identity to carry out their breakbeat visions and quickly became iconic additions to the scene, bringing the party wherever they played, throughout Europe and beyond. 
 Collaborating / working with some of the biggest names in the bass music community; GUAU, 83, Squat Party, Fatboy Slim, Shut Up & Dance, Herve, Cut La Roc, Raveart, Dirty Kitchen Rave, Audiogore, Soundsystem Bassrock, Bass Pressure, Pluvio, Annie Nightingale, Mechanoise, OnDaMike, One7Audio, Black Butter, Mary Anne Hobbs (BBC), Breakfastaz, Hardcore Beats, Cheap Thrills, SKINT Records, The Autobots , Broke, Xim n Bass, Stormtrooperz, Downbeat, Bombtraxx, DJ Mutiny, Entity, Fred V, MC Coppa, Lady Shade, Ben & Lex (APE), Breaks FM, Paket, F-Word….  The Afghan Headspin sound is pure bass heavy filth, 126 - 140bpm breakbeat with a dash of rave slapped on here and there for good measure.
