This record is rich in languor, it could well encourage torrid siestas. You have been warned. This music is so full of suggestions and images that it sounds like the soundtrack of a movie that is yet to be filmed. What kind of movie? Possibly a contemplative western. Or a psychedelic trip, filmed in slow motion, à la Blow Up. Whatever the film, it should be shot in the warmth of the sun, as these songs might be melancholic but never indulge themselves in excessive sadness.
