Daniele Lanzieri, known as D-Gene, is an italian producer and beatmaker from Rome. His early productions are strictly connected to hip-hop/soul boom bap. The will to renew its sound pushes him towards electronics and more synthetic sounds, experimenting with futuristic and cutting-edge styles, growing artistically more and more. D-Gene has developed a style that sees him meld together elements of vapor twitch, hip hop style drums and dusty soundscapes.
