What we, VGO, have accomplished is not just showcasing and convincing people that video game music is its own unique musical genre, but also creating a one and only “rockestral” video game music concert project that truly integrates the live, raw energy of rock music and the epic-ness and elegance of orchestral music.” 
 When Shota Nakama conceived the idea of Video Game Orchestra (though it was created purely out of fun and excitement at the time), he perhaps subconsciously already had his mind set to take this grand journey: creating something ridiculously epic that blows people away. Since then, VGO has been inspiring people to realize that what everyone grew up playing, listening, and feeling is a multi-dimensional and innovative art. Over the years, VGO has performed many shows throughout North America and Asia in front of tens of thousands of people, becoming one of the top video game music concert acts in the world.
