just imagine that we're sitting down for a cup of coffee together for this and it's suuuuper casual. 
 I grew up in Nashville, TN, & have been singing and writing songs since I was a little kid. I signed with a record label in 2018 & put out most of the music you see here, with that label. While I had so much fun making this music & getting to experience a lot of new things, I started to realize after a couple years that the kind of music I was making didn't necessarily fit what came naturally to me as a songwriter. While I whole-heartedly believe every word to these songs I've put out, I found it hard to keep writing songs that felt authentic to me as an artist, & that would also fit the genre of music I was supposed to fit in. 
So now as an independent artist, I could not be more excited about the music I'm about to release! Listeners who have stuck with me, through not releasing anything for a solid two years, THANK YOU! I hope you'll stay with me as I start a new era of music. And if you've just now found my music, HI! I think we'll be really great friends!!!
