Adam Lasher is Singer/ Song Writer/ Guitarist known for joining the 2015 season and becoming a finalist in 2016 season FOX's “American Idol”. Adam first auditioned in New Orleans, with an original song, “These Shoes” and quickly became one of the judges’ favorites. Upon meeting Adam, Jennifer Lopez first assumed he was Jimmy Fallon in a disguise because of the likely resemblance. This led to an actual impersonation by Jimmy Fallon during a Ryan Seacrest interview on the Tonight Show. Although Adam is an original artist in his own right, he is grateful for learning about music and sharing the stage now and then with his uncle, multiple Grammy Award winner, Carlos Santana. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Adam grew up in the Bay Area but started his group “Adam Lasher Band” while attending Berklee College of Music in Boston. His original music is a guitar and vocal based song writing blend of genres including Soul, Rock, Blues, and Alternative with some Jazz and Latin influence.
