Xing Zheng is well-known for his warm voice and elaborated song writing. His music philosophically reflects the fluidity of space, people and emotions. The accumulated creative power turned into a debut album, When I Leave Taipei, in 2017. This album received three 29th Golden Melody Awards nominations. In 2020, after working on it for three years, he released his new album called Museum of Tears, which is the first part of his music project “The Poetic of Space - Trilogy”. 鄭興以溫暖嗓音與細膩詞曲見長，從哲學的思維出發，對應出空間、人物與情感轉移。累積的創作能量讓他於 2017 年發行首張創作專輯《忽然有一天，我離開了台北》，初試啼聲即獲金曲三項大獎的提名肯定。而有著「雨系唱作詩人」之稱的他，擅於把雨、海與流動的意象詮釋得宜，接連帶動聽者在知覺感官上的記憶，藉此對自己的過去或未來產生想像。2020 年，發行睽違三年的全新創作專輯《眼淚博物館》，為他所推出音樂計畫「空間詩學三部曲」的首部曲。
