A small city, on the outskirts, left to it's devices Malodorous stench in the air Effigies of Gluttonous King Nimi burn in the streets To add to the fetor that hangs there At the center, behind fortress walls A black keep towers above In the gloom of these putrefied halls The swollen king sits in the rot he's deserving of His throne room is plagued with disgust Remains of the food he consumes Cover his festering flesh with the crust Of fluids and filth releasing rancid fumes A dark secret hides in the kitchens 'Neath throne room floor This gluttonous king has acquired An appetite for the poor The screams of children are heard from within Chilled to the bone by the sound of the screams A knight's guardsman runs through the kitchen doors In moments his eyes find a sight That empties the contents of his stomach upon the floor "What has become of my once beloved king? I cannot allow this to continue anymore" The guard searches the kitchens for a knife "This king does not deserve to die by the sword I have to end this horror, it burns in my soul A sickening end to the oaths that I swore" With murderous intent, he approaches the throne He can't help but retch at the sight of his king In the darkness he creeps and remains unseen Until a flash of light reflects off of his ring "What have you there little man?" "A blade, to end this grievous madness!" The knife plunges into the king's flesh to no avail "I'll take the blade along with something you're attached to." The guard feels the sickening grip of Nimi on his arms With razor-sharp teeth the king clamps down on his hands The flesh is sliced and peeled away in seconds "Now you will work in my kitchens, and earn a second chance!" He takes the offer, with fire in his eyes "Yes my king, you will feast like never before" A feast a flames, and bubbling flesh Prepared for him beneath his throne room floor Now Gluttonous Nimi, unable to rise Burns in his throne, laughing all the while The guard stands there and stares into his eyes "I will watch you burn Nimi, even if it takes my life!"
