The duo twocolors is full of contrasts, just like their city of Berlin, where the two musicians met in 2015 and immediately began to release music via their own, independent imprint, before signing to Virgin Records Germany/UMG in 2020. 
 twocolors are Pierro and Emil, both musicians (piano, guitar), born and raised in Berlin. “We live in the stronghold of electronic music. It is part of our DNA. The clubs, the different styles, the people - all of that inspires us. But at the same time, it is simply the place we call home and can develop freely. Everything that people in the world think of Berlin, about the whole scene, that's the way it is. But for us it's just the place we call home.” 
 One thing is for certain: twocolors are here to stay. And they are just beginning to show what they are truly made of.
