…probably bad grammar to start with a pause but it’s better than starting with: “Yoh told me to write a letter to y’all about…”— y’all deserve the real cut. 
 in a nutshell, I was born in Brooklyn & Big Dog taught me piano @ 5 — I hated it. tried to finesse out of it and ended up playing more instruments until we hit 18…by that time I have a mustache, a car & internet. oh! also: we’re in North Carolina by now…. 
 one summer I made Tumblr profiles for me & my cousins. then we wandered around SoHo. then we made some friends. and those friends had friends. (then I lost a couple friends…RIP Capital Steez + BIG Money Live). 
 but we all hung out with you and your friends, freestylin on Union Square!— until I had to go home. 
 but there… I met a couple more friends and they encouraged me to tell our story— until folks invited our ratchet a**es to festivals Hopscotch, Governors Ball & random tour spots (like…Jeezy & Lil Durk…lmao) — and the shows were wonderful. traveling was amazing. until it wasnt. the bones and spirit can get heavy.
 but— with grace and guidance beyond measure. I’m here today, sharing the lessons and such from the journey.
