Farzad Milani is a Persian musician, composer, producer, researcher, teacher, singer, pianist, and microtonal quartertone accordion player. He started learning music at the age of seven, and now he graduated from McGill University, Schulich music school, with a master's degree in music theory. He is the winner of many artistic and academic awards, such as The Best accordion player 2007 (Maah theatre festival, Iran), The best fusion album arrangement 2017 (Fadjr & Iran Music House Festivals), Phyllis and Bernard Shapiro music theory award 2021 (McGill Uni), Schulich music School Graduate Excellence award 2022 (McGill Uni), International Grant Competition award in music 2023 (McGill Uni). Farzad, in his more than twenty years of artistic career, has the experience of working with different singers, musicians, and film/theater directors, either inside or outside of Iran.
