Biyografi

Ömür Gedik is a graduate of Boğaziçi University, she studied English Language and Literature. She also studied vocals at Istanbul University Conservatory . She took vocal lessons from Gökçen Koray, Leyla Demiriş and Murat İlkan. She sang at many choirs like Boğaziçi Rock Choir Mavi Topluluk, Ladies and Gentlemen, İstanbul Avrupa Choir. Ömür Gedik is also a journalist, she has a column at Hürriyet newspaper, she writes about music, arts, popular culture, animal rights and cinema. She is the founder and chairman of animal rights NGO named HACIKO. She hosted a cinema TV show Cinemania for ten years at TV8 and Channel D and interviewed many celebrities.
