Mathias Gundhus is an Oslo-based artist with roots in the singer/songwriter tradition, and his music also blends well into the indie genre. He is fond of organic soundscapes while also inhabiting an affection towards bringing in lo-fi elements. 
 His style is typically characterised by intricate guitar fingerpicking being the center of attention, accompanied by soothing melody lines. The lyrics often revolve around close relations and interactions between people at fleeting moments in time, and with a keen eye for curious details he depicts everyday situations one may (or may not) relate to. He gets inspiration from indie icons such as Sufjan Stevens, Phoebe Bridgers, Andy Shauf and Ethan Gruska.
