WAVES is a french music band based in Paris. Members are : - Gabriel Peyrieux (Vocals, guitars, keyboards)- Benoit Julliard (Bass, guitars, keyboards)- Jocelyn Moze (Drums, percussions, keyboards)Benoit and Jocelyn were looking for a Voice when they discovered Gabriel’s sensitive tone and british kind of touch. This encounter defined the identity of Waves, and together will bring up a first track : « Inner me », followed straight away by 5 other songs. The music feeds on both retro synthetic pads & analog sounds sampled and tinkered to create a sensual and contemplative music with indie-pop tones. The first EP was recorded in Brussels, Belgium by the end of september 2020. You can’t stop a forming WAVE as you know, so the band took advantage of the sanitarial crisis to work on the visuals and videos for their first EP. « Alright » is the first track out in june 18th, 2021 Waves will keep on spreading with new releases coming soon...
