"Unparalleled R&B artist who sings from her heart." Boni was first formally introduced in 2006 when she featured on the song "Lost for a While" by 015B as a vocalist under her real name Shin Bo Kyung. This song has become a go-to song for aspiring vocalists and numerous contenders on audition shows. After releasing her debut EP [Nu One] in 2010, Boni has steadily released well-received albums and singles, from [1990], [LOVE], [4cm], to her second full length, [Shin Bo Kyung]. With her second EP [1990], Boni won Best R&B Album at the 9th Korean Music Award. Boni’s talent is a combination of fascinating vocal techniques, her ability to express inner feeling with her voice, and most importantly, her sincerity for singing, which still remains the same today. Through her career, Boni has learned that her source of happiness is not success, but singing her intimate emotions to her dearest fans.
