Gustavo Kaly is a spirit of his time, with a contemporaneity that brings decades of underground culture and daring art, driven by a troubled heart and a restless soul. A Brazilian resident in the sunny city of Barcelona, the folk punk composer, sometimes accompanied by Os Últimos Românticos da Rua Augusta, sometimes by Hóspedes do Chelsea, returns with a solo collection, spreading his music around the Old Continent. With his poetry sung in Portuguese and the simplicity of three chords and a folk guitar, Kaly goes through his 20-year career synthesizing his road years in Brazil. Nostalgic par excellence, the postmodern romanticism of the composer is illuminated by the beauty of the melodies and guided by the good taste of those who know the nuances of Rock.
