CALYPSO (they/he) combines elements of electronic pop, romantic era classical, and horror soundtracks to create a dark and heavy world to immerse whoever dares listen. taking inspiration from hyper-feminine/queer artists such as ashnikko, björk, poppy, and rina sawayama and combining that with the grit and grunge of ice nine kills and the voidz creates the perfect soundtrack for your halloween party. 
 the scare actor / songwriter’s demonic persona always has something to say; whether it be a politically charged hate anthem, an anti-religion swing beat, or a personal story told through the lens of an old VHS tape- CALYPSO will tell you what he’s feeling. angrily. 
 their debut single, “Tear It All Down”, was released on december 6th (also his birthday) as an explosive introduction to the world, and all hell has broken loose since. two albums later, and they’re endlessly working on the next.
