Barefoot is composed of vocalist Dylan Fay, drummer Christian Aroz, guitarist Dylan Heinrich, and bassist Patrick Smiley. Barefoot is an Arizona indie rock band with deeply emotional songs and the ambition to take on the world. Formed out of the summer of 2013 the band quickly came together through a loose network of mutual friends with the desire to play shows and write interesting songs. It’s the sort of classic story that helps to fuel some of the best indie rock the world has to offer. Barefoot came together with one passion and an overarching vision to share with the world. The end result of their union? Five albums so far, and a sixth on the way. These records extol a sound that pulls from a diverse swathe of influences ranging from Incubus and Young the Giant to Queens of the Stone Age and Grizzly Bear. Their unique sound has seen them begin to break through in the Arizona music scene. They’ve even played classic Arizona festivals like Pot Of Gold and Days On The Green. Weathering lineup changes, broken hearts and much more Barefoot have found a way to evolve their sound and spread the magic of their music one fan at a time.
