Atlanta GA natives Manhack have been a rising force in the southeastern metal scene ever since their initial formation over a decade ago. They've been making a name for themselves as an entirely self-sufficient machine, with all writing, recording, mixing, mastering, management, and publicity coming from members of the band. Conceptually, the band was formed around the idea of incorporating themes, imagery, and sound clips from video games and movies in with their music. Songs like Deck 17 (Unreal Tournament), Expedition 14A (Doom 3), and High And Tight (Half-Life 2), carry this forward.
