Biyografi
True Tides are 3 brothers Cian, Conor & Eoghan MacSweeny. Their new single All We Got Is War is out now. Bursting with incandescent melodies and 80s-style dark synthscapes, the song was inspired by a sample of a fractured clarinet melody captured by singer Cian as he passed the open window of a local music college. Their single Beating Heart was selected to open the first episode of the new series of E4's hit show 'Made in Chelsea'. Their single Survive was nominated for an RTÉ Choice Music Prize – Song of the Year 2020 and hit the top 10 Irish radio charts. They continued to climb the charts in 2021 with their euphoric pop banger I Can't Wait and collaborated with Steve Garrigan of Kodaline to write 2 songs on international pop giants Westlife’s new album Wild Dreams (alongside songs written by international superstar Ed Sheeran). They worked with Irish legends The Coronas on 'Light Me Up' included in their chart-topping album and played by Elton John on his weekly digital radio show ‘Rocket Hour’. They have played the biggest stages across Ireland, supporting the likes of Picture This and The Coronas. After returning from playing the JJ Abrams-hosted Oscar Wilde party in LA in 2022 as part of Oscars week, True Tides played a sold-out headline show in Cork City Hall with Cork Youth Orchestra, before playing Malahide Castle supporting pop giants Kodaline to over 22k people followed by a packed main stage performance at Sea Sessions music festival.
