Cenotaph are one of the most important, iconic bands in the Mexican Death Metal scene. Regarded by most in Mexico as a legend, with the years they have managed to become one of the leading names in the Extreme Latin American scenes. The band was formed by Oscar Clorio in 1988 under the name Damned Cross. After some line-up and style changes they decided to change the name to Cenotaph.
