Black Overdrive started as a side-project of four experienced musicians from the Stoner and Metal Mexican scene. For the last seven years they have been playing tirelessly on the mexican club circuit, being a part of the bill on big festivals such as Domination, Hell and Heaven, Force Fest, Hairfest and as support act for bands like Corrosion of Conformity, Kadavar, Spiritual Beggars, Brant Bjork, Radio Moscow, James Leg, Samsara Blues Experiment, Torche, Zakk Sabbath and Black Tusk among others. A demo (Black Overdrive 2012) and two albums, Discord (2015) and All Evil (2019), attest the band's riff power. Black Overdrive inicia como un proyecto alterno de cuatro músicos experimentados de la escena del Metal y Stoner en México. Desde hace siete años se han dedicado a tocar por el circuito de clubes mexicanos, compartiendo escenario con bandas locales, participando en festivales como Domination, Hell and Heaven, Force Fest, Hairfest y abriendo shows para bandas como Corrosion of Conformity, Kadavar, Spiritual Beggars, Brant Bjork, Radio Moscow, James Leg, Samsara Blues Experiment, Torche, Zakk Sabbath y Black Tusk entre otros. Un demo (Black Overdrive 2012) y dos álbumes, Discord (2015), All Evil (2019) dan testimonio del poder de los riffs de la banda.
